Session Details

Greeting + Welcome Tea + Settling In
Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted with a cup of chamomile, cinnamon, and saffron grounding tea. This soothing blend will help calm your mind and body as we prepare for the journey ahead.

Intro Talk
In this introductory session, I will explain how holistic healing works, outline how today’s program will help you restore your health, and share guidance on how to continue your healing journey at home.

Breathwork & Chanting
You’ll be guided through a simple breathing technique followed by a short chanting practice to awaken your energy and balance your mind.

Mindfulness Meditation
A brief mindfulness meditation will follow, helping you center yourself and open your mind to the healing process.

Energy Healing
The heart of the workshop begins with an energy healing session accompanied by soothing background music. During this time, the healing energy will work to balance and restore your energetic body, focusing on rejuvenating your overall health.

Break & Lunch
Enjoy fresh, nourishing vegetarian food designed to balance, energize, and heal your body.

Workshop
In this session, I will guide you through several holistic techniques designed to help you heal and harmonize your health from the inside out. You’ll learn tools and practices you can continue using at home to deepen your healing journey.

Exercise
We’ll finish with 30 minutes of gentle physical movement, including cardio, bodyweight exercises, and Yin yoga to integrate the healing process into your body.

Networking
To close the day, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others, share your experiences, and ask any questions you may have.
