Have you struggled to lose weight or found it difficult to maintain your ideal body shape? This workshop will teach you how to achieve lasting weight loss through a holistic approach that considers your energetic, emotional, mental and physical bodies.

We will go through a variety of practices that target the root causes of weight imbalance—helping you release stored energy, emotional blocks, and habits that hold you back. Most importantly, you’ll learn simple, practical methods that you can apply daily to continue your weight loss journey even after the workshop.

Session Details

Greeting + Welcome Tea + Settling In
Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted with a cup of chamomile, cinnamon, and saffron grounding tea. This soothing blend will help calm your mind and prepare your body for the weight loss journey ahead.

Intro Talk
In this introductory session, I will explain how holistic healing supports weight loss, how today’s program will help you activate your body’s natural fat-burning potential, and how to continue your progress at home.

Breathwork & Chanting
You’ll be guided through a simple breathing technique followed by a short chanting practice designed to awaken your metabolism and clear stagnant energy that can contribute to weight gain.

Mindfulness Meditation
A short mindfulness meditation will follow, helping you reconnect with your body’s natural hunger and fullness cues, reduce stress-related eating, and reset your mental focus around your weight loss goals.

Energy Healing
The heart of the workshop begins with a guided energy healing session accompanied by soothing background music. This session helps remove energetic blockages linked to emotional eating, low motivation, or body resistance—allowing your body to let go of stored weight more easily.

Break & Lunch
Enjoy a fresh, light vegetarian meal crafted to nourish your body, balance digestion, and support healthy fat metabolism.

Workshop
In this session, I will guide you through several holistic techniques to support long-term weight loss from the inside out. You’ll learn tools to strengthen your willpower, reprogram emotional patterns linked to eating, and activate your body’s natural ability to burn fat efficiently.

Exercise
We’ll complete the day with 30 minutes of movement, including cardio, bodyweight exercises, and Yin yoga to enhance metabolism, tone the body, and release physical tension.

Networking
To close the day, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others on a similar journey, share insights, and ask any questions you may have about maintaining your results.
