Description
This retreat offers you the rare opportunity to experience three days of complete physical and mental silence. It is an invitation to turn inward, disconnect from the noise of the outside world, and embrace stillness. Surrounded by nature and supported by guided meditations, you’ll find the ideal environment to reconnect with your inner self and discover a deep sense of peace and happiness.
Take a meaningful step toward self-awareness and healing through this silent retreat. A few days of silence can open your inner vision, initiating a journey of self-improvement and renewal. By detoxing from technology, junk food, smoke, and pollution, your body and mind will find clarity — a fresh start toward balance and well-being.
Food
Fasting from 8pm to 10am (14 hours)
3 course of light vegetarian foods
Unlimited Herbal Teas, Water and Snacks
(Having light food will help you to get to your inner connection easier and faster)
Activities
All the activities would be done in total silence and for the purpose of connecting to your inner self, plus avoiding internet, news and all types of technologies for 3 days.
Fasting
We will practice 14 hours of fasting each day, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., to help ease the connection to our higher self.
Daily Meditation
Each day will include up to 2 group meditation focused on inner peace and connection to self.
Daily Nature Connection
Every day, we will spend time immersed in nature, drawing on its natural healing and detoxifying powers. Depending on the weather, we’ll connect with green landscapes or the ocean.
Daily Energy Healing
Following meditation, we will have a group energy healing session to cleanse and heal the aura, chakras, and meridians, supporting deep energetic restoration.
Alone Time
Each day will include a few hours of personal reflection time, giving participants space to relax journal, or engage in personal activities that support self-discovery and inner balance.
Exercise
Daily physical exercises for the purpose of relaxation and deeper connection to your body.

A restorative 10-hour sleep schedule (from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) will allow the body to detoxify, heal, and rejuvenate naturally.

Q: Are solo travellers welcome?
A: Yes, all solo travellers are welcome.
Q: Is a shorter or longer stay possible?
A: No, Unfortunately we can not accommodate any longer or shorter stay.
Q: How many people will be on the retreat?
A: A Maximum of 15 People
Q: Are all the activities compulsory?
A: Although it is highly recommended to attend all the activities and workshops, if you are not fully comfortable with certain activities feel free to skip them. It would be appreciated if you would discuss this with me beforehand.
Q: Would there be any other dates and locations available for retreats?
A: Yes, we are planning to offer our retreats in the following countries in multiple dates.

Q: I don’t think I can handle the martial arts part. What should I do?
A: Don’t worry about it as the martial art would be the teaching of the basics only. If you think you can handle the cardio, then martial art would not be any problem for you at all.
Q: Would there be any restriction in terms of the Age & Gender of the participants?
A: Everybody is welcome in my retreats regardless of Gender, Age, Race, or Religion.
