💳 Payment
To keep things smooth and simple, payment is due within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
Please only schedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance so we have time to confirm and send your payment link.
🔁 Rescheduling Your Session
Life happens! You’re welcome to reschedule your session free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you request to reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, it will be treated as a cancellation, and unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
❌ Cancelling Your Session
You can cancel your session and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

To keep things running smoothly, payment is due within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
Please only schedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance to allow time for confirmation and payment processing. A payment link will be sent once your booking is confirmed.
🔁 Rescheduling Your Session
You’re welcome to reschedule your session free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice — just make sure it’s still within the 4-month timeframe from the date you purchased the course.
If a rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before your session, it will be considered a cancellation, and unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
❌ Cancelling Your Session
You can cancel your session and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
For discounted sessions:
- Each discounted booking can only be cancelled and rebooked once.
- If you cancel the same discounted session more than once, the discount will no longer apply and that session will be forfeited.
⏳ Expiry of Discounted Sessions
To get the most out of your coaching package, all discounted sessions must be used within 4 months of purchasing the course.
Any unused discounted sessions after this period will be lost and cannot be transferred.
