In this 14-day retreat, we’ll take a holistic approach to transforming your relationship with your body and achieving healthy, sustainable weight loss. Through mindful practices, movement, and nourishing meals, you’ll learn how to support your metabolism, balance your emotions, and build a positive body image. We’ll explore the root causes behind weight gain—not just the surface habits—helping you release old patterns and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. By the end of the week, you’ll feel lighter, more energized, and deeply aligned with your wellbeing.
Foods
Each day features three wholesome vegetarian meals crafted to nourish the body, support gentle detoxification, and promote natural weight loss.
Energizing, healthy snacks are offered between meals to balance hunger and energy levels.
Pure water is available at all times to aid hydration and cleansing.
Herbal teas designed to calm, cleanse, and boost metabolism are available all day.
Activities
Gratitude, Breathwork, and Chanting
We’ll begin each morning by cultivating gratitude to set a positive mindset for transformation and success on your weight loss journey. Guided breathwork will help calm the mind, increase oxygen flow, and boost metabolism. Chanting practices will raise your vibration and align your energy for a motivated, focused day ahead.
Guided Meditation
Daily mindfulness meditation will help you reconnect with your body, balance hormones related to stress and appetite, and strengthen your mental focus to support long-term weight management.
Daily Energy Healing
Following meditation, a group energy healing session led by Allen will help release emotional blocks, rebalance your energy field, and support your body’s natural ability to heal and release stored weight.
Exercise
Daily physical activity sessions will be designed to enhance metabolism, tone muscles, and strengthen the body. Exercises will vary from low- to high-intensity to meet all fitness levels, supporting healthy fat loss and improved stamina.
Activities may include:
• Body Fitness: Strengthen and tone your muscles to boost metabolism and enhance overall endurance.
• Yin Yoga: Restore balance and reduce cortisol levels with slow, mindful stretching to relieve stress and promote recovery.
• Basic Martial Arts & Cardio: Build confidence and improve cardiovascular health through dynamic movement and fat-burning routines.
• Authentic Self Dance: Move freely to music, release emotional tension, and reconnect with your body through joyful, intuitive dance.
Daily Nature Connection
Each day, we’ll reconnect with nature to reset the nervous system and encourage natural detoxification. Depending on the weather, we’ll immerse ourselves in lush green landscapes or the ocean environment.
Walk barefoot on the earth or along the beach to ground yourself and absorb the stabilizing energy of Mother Earth. Soak in the sun’s natural healing light to boost your mood and get your daily dose of vitamin D — supporting healthy metabolism and overall wellbeing.
Workshops
Each workshop offers a curated selection of practices and techniques to rebalance your relationship with food, body, and mind. We’ll explore the root causes of weight gain — including emotional, energetic, and lifestyle factors — to support long-lasting transformation and sustainable wellness.
Alone Time
Each day includes dedicated personal reflection time to rest, journal, or enjoy mindful stillness. This quiet space supports self-awareness, emotional clarity, and a deeper connection with your body’s natural rhythm.
Group Gathering
Evenings are reserved for gentle social time — connect with fellow participants through meaningful conversation, or enjoy movie nights that inspire reflection and personal growth.
Sleep
A restorative 9-hour sleep schedule (from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) supports the body’s natural detoxification and fat-burning processes, helping you wake up refreshed, balanced, and ready for a new day of transformation.

Q: Are solo travellers welcome?
A: Yes, all solo travellers are welcome.
Q: Is a shorter or longer stay possible?
A: No, Unfortunately we can not accommodate any longer or shorter stay.
Q: How many people will be on the retreat?
A: A Maximum of 15 People
Q: Are all the activities compulsory?
A: Although it is highly recommended to attend all the activities and workshops, if you are not fully comfortable with certain activities feel free to skip them. It would be appreciated if you would discuss this with me beforehand.
Q: Would there be any other dates and locations available for retreats?
A: Yes, we are planning to offer our retreats in the following countries in multiple dates.

Q: I don’t think I can handle the martial arts part. What should I do?
A: Don’t worry about it as the martial art would be the teaching of the basics only. If you think you can handle the cardio, then martial art would not be any problem for you at all.
Q: Would there be any restriction in terms of the Age & Gender of the participants?
A: Everybody is welcome in my retreats regardless of Gender, Age, Race, or Religion.
