In this 7-day retreat, we’ll take a holistic approach to healing limiting beliefs around money and creating the financial life you truly desire. Through a variety of powerful techniques, you’ll learn how to manage your money and debts effectively, save wisely, increase your income, and even set up your own business. Together, we’ll focus on addressing the root causes of financial challenges—not just the surface—empowering you to build lasting abundance and confidence in your financial journey.

Foods

3 vegetarian meals are served each day, ensuring they are prepared following the daily recommended nutrient levels.

 

Healthy snacks are available in between meals

Plenty of water is available all-day

Herbal teas with detoxing & calming effects are also available all day

Activities

 

Gratitude, Breathwork, and Chanting

We will start the day by raising our vibration each morning with gratitude and allow the universe to guide our path. We’ll continue with breathwork to calm the mind and chanting to activate and balance all our chakras.

 

Guided Meditation

Get focused and balance your hormones with daily mindfulness meditation.

 

Daily Energy Healing
Following meditation, we will have a group energy healing session by Allen to balance and heal your energetic body.

 

Exercise
Daily physical exercises will range from low to high intensity, supporting the healing your physical body.


Activities may include:

Body Fitness: Take care of your muscles with body fitness and keep them fit, healthy, and strong.

Yin Yoga: Calm your nervous system down with Yin yoga and get rid of stress in your body and mind.

Basic Martial Arts & Cardio: Boost your confidence by learning the basics of martial arts. Increase your lung capacity and circulate your blood throughout your body by cardio exercise.

Authentic Self Dance: Connect with your body through music and let your body move itself, by trusting your body and embracing the movements you tap into your authentic self.

 

Daily Nature Connection
Every day, we will spend time immersed in nature, drawing on its natural healing and detoxifying powers. Depending on the weather, we’ll connect with green landscapes or the ocean.

 

Workshops

Each workshop integrates mindful money practices and financial techniques to create balance and abundance, focusing on healing the root patterns behind financial imbalance



Alone Time
Each day will include a few hours of personal reflection time, giving participants space to relax journal, or engage in personal activities that support self-discovery and inner balance.

 

Group Gathering

Take the time to get to know the other attendees by chatting in the evening or watch selected movies and talk about your understanding of the message of the film.

 

Sleep
A restorative 9-hour sleep schedule (from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) will allow the body to detoxify, heal, and rejuvenate naturally.

Q: Are solo travellers welcome?

A: Yes, all solo travellers are welcome.

 

Q: Is a shorter or longer stay possible?

A: No, Unfortunately we can not accommodate any longer or shorter stay.

 

Q: How many people will be on the retreat?

A: A Maximum of 15 People

 

Q: Are all the activities compulsory?
A: Although it is highly recommended to attend all the activities and workshops, if you are not fully comfortable with certain activities feel free to skip them. It would be appreciated if you would discuss this with me beforehand.

 

Q: Would there be any other dates and locations available for retreats?
A: Yes, we are planning to offer our retreats in the following countries in multiple dates.
United Kingdom, Spain and Portugal.

Q: I don’t think I can handle the martial arts part. What should I do?
A: Don’t worry about it as the martial art would be the teaching of the basics only. If you think you can handle the cardio, then martial art would not be any problem for you at all.

 

Q: Would there be any restriction in terms of the Age & Gender of the participants?
A: Everybody is welcome in my retreats regardless of Gender, Age, Race, or Religion.
